Worst app for an ISP, UX seems like that of 90's era, No wifi management feature works, shown Optical power is also incorrect, appears to be hardcoded instead of fetching from ONU, even Data Usage not shown properly, no support of changing SSID name or password, no mac filter, no connected device info, reward points cannot be used through app, support ticket created through customer care doesn't appear, literally saying it's an USELESS APP. Being one of the top ISP, Vianet should be ashamed.

Comparing to other services providers vianet service is too much bad, shameless, careless so on.I have been complaining about my wifi for the problem of net slow but the customer care staffs and technical team is so careless that they don't even pick up the call and technical support team don't even know how to fix the problem or what is the problem i have to call them in daily basis. I feel like i have waste my money on bad wifi company where i don't even have the facilities and good service.

I have to constantly keep registering every time I open the app instead of just taking me directly into the interface. Sometimes the options just show blank instead of the required information. Too many bugs. Extremely unoptimized.
