I've used this app in Charlestown, Savannah, Puerto Rico, and Seattle, and it has always been a great time. It's a wonderful way to explore a new place with a guide that's ready when you are. I love that you can pause the tour to go into shops or restaurants along the way. It makes for a choose-your-own-adventure feel with a helpful structure that lets you see and understand important places AND the story behind them. I absolutely recommend it.

App is not user friendly. I was supposed to get a free tour using Getoutpass. The code didn't work on the app. I texted the customer service number and eventually someone responded/gave me a code. When I entered the code it said I had a discount for 9.99 subscription. I wrote them back since it was supposed to be a free tour and by the time they got back with me and told me I needed to hit "miss out" THEN my tour would be available I was already moving out of the tour area. Got worse from there.

This app was awful: bad directions, user interface was useless, no help in the app that was relevant. Don't waste your money.
