The initial set up / approval process didn’t take line 15/20 minutes and the account was up and running by the end of the day. The app is easy to use and navigate, I have had little need to use customer support but have on occasion asked a question or two with prompt response. Happy with everything so far.

First 2 issues at the moment, I can't make outbound transfers and another issue just came on. I am unable to log in to the app.not responsive,and now I can't access my money or transfer it back..xonder refund my money back to me.

AVOID. THIS COMPANY IS SCAM !!! Is been 2 months since I applied for account and they still review my application. Since I provide them with all my details I have wierd number calling me and also wired email. They only took my details so the can sell it to third companys. Still NO ACCOUNT. I HAD TO BLOCK MY PASSPORT COZ OF THEM. THEY ONLY WANT TO SELL YOUR DETAILS!!!!
