The simplest way to request your XXRIDE ride – Here is how it works:

- Open the app and select your desired destination
- The app will automatically detect your location to identify your exact location to the driver
- Select the Ride type and see how much the ride will cost
- The car, the Driver and the Time of arrival of the Driver will show on the app
- Add and verify your credit/debit card details for payments or you may use the Cash option
- Provide the OTP showing on your app screen once you sit in the car
- Once the ride is done, you can rate your driver and provide us with feedback to help us improve the XXRIDE experience.
- You can check the receipt or open a dispute in case of any concern

the moment you click on sign up, it either brings back to the playstore or the app closes. what a waste of time

The app keeps giving me Server Error message. I assume it means it has problem connecting to the main server. Because of that every step from signing up to book a ride and adding payment was a struggle and took long time. Never ever I faced this with any rideshare provider! I used all the known ones, and I used some local ones when visiting other countries. This gives me real concerns about the health of this company.
