Really not a great experience so far. I failed to connect my account to the app last year, so I just printed my pass. Reading the reviews, the dev team says you can use your license plate to verify. I just tried for my 2023 pass and it tells me "Could not link to your account. Please check and try again later". Waste of time. Just print your pass and keep it laminated in your car.

The fact I have to make an account to buy a DCR pass, then download and make an account on this app is unacceptable. Once your logged in you can't even save or print the pass to display it in the window because they use a QR code & it changes with the time so now I have to keep an app I don't want on my phone. Shame on DCR for transitioning to this method. I usually go hiking 10-20 times a month so I've always bought a annual parks pass but next year I'll probably skip the pass & park nearby.

Thank you for your feedback. FYI when a pass is purchased on the Yodel App, the pass on the mobile device or the license plate used on the pass can be used for pass validation. The app doesn't have a linked code available and I don't know where to go for support or help. You're better off just printing your boarding passes. The developers on this app need to be better. If you care about making this app a success I have two words; customer service
