Yönetio brings together site and facility management in a single application. Managers, security guards, facility staff, and residents access the screens they need according to their roles.
SECURITY AND PATROL
Track patrol tours with NFC tags. At each checkpoint, the officer scans their phone on the tag, and the system records the time and location. Delayed or missed tours instantly trigger an alarm.
FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Define apartments, blocks, and apartment types. Assign tasks and monitor their completion status. Pair fixed assets with NFC tags and track who has them. Record meter readings.
DUES AND FINANCE
Make debt arrangements, record collections, and track income and expenses. Residents can see their own debt status and payment history. Site budgets can be shared via the transparency screen.
COMMUNICATION
Publish announcements, manage requests and complaints from residents in one place. Residents can make notifications by adding photos and track the stage of the process.

The site administrator creates the facility registration, identifies residents and staff. Users download the application and log in with their facility ID and phone number.
