Knew this was gonna happen. Switched systems and the 20% and 30% I had attached to my phone number is gone. "Check your number on the app and you should see discounts restored" they said when I visited last week. UGH! Having to start over sucks. Wish Zips would have did more to ensure the transfer to the new system actually worked like it was supposed to. 🙄

Not a fan of having apps track us clients like this. Also lost all previous rewards. This is the second time the store has changed its process and lost all my rewards. 4 times ive mentioned this but each time im told it will be handled and ill get rewards back. But nothing. Old system so much better than this big brother system. Not impressed.

I downloaded this app and the first location that I scanned it at has been made my default somehow, and I'm only able to see deals from that store. This means that if I want to go to another store, I cannot see their deals for that day. There needs to be a way to see the deals at other locations too!
