The Rehabilitation Section of the Hong Kong Lutheran Social Service launched the "Road Walker" Family Support Program for People with Disabilities in 2021. It aims to reach out to carers of people with disabilities, identify and understand their needs, and intervene and deal with their emotional stress problems as soon as possible. It is hoped that through this application, a platform will be provided for carers of persons with disabilities to understand their mental health, and to obtain useful information and activity data, so as to be supported; in addition, the general public can also understand their mental health and understand the plan, and Participate in supporting families with disabilities.
