I Can not find app to download I tried my Email address and password still will not accept. This device would be a huge advantage to my situation

App is terrible, can't login or setup profile. Missouri should be ashamed, other states have license practice test apps like Arkansas State Police.

Suddenly asks for an email address and password. Never did before. Useless now.
