About this app

We created a network to develop socio-emotional skills and employability of young women.

Through a mentoring program, we connect experienced professionals with women at the beginning of their careers with diverse profiles. We prioritize black women, first generation at university and low-income women.

We work towards greater gender and racial equality in the job market, training the next generation of women leaders with an eye on diversity.
