Very bad customer service. First of all, there is no way to call customer service, only mail. And even after mailing twice I got no response regarding my order from which 2 products have not been delivered. It just shows as processing. It was a prepaid order. Very disappointed

App is too slow and the shopping experience is horrible. It would show that items are available but you can not add them to your cart. For some items they would accept the orders and every time they would cancel the order mentioning items are not in stock and you have to wait for days to get your money back in your account for prepaid orders.

App used to be great, recently it barely loads and keeps giving "service interrupted" msg. Haven't been able to add anything to basket for the past week; and no it's not am issue with my Internet. I've also tried to uninstall and reinstall. Just doesn't work!! Fix pls
