About this app

WiAttend is the employee app for office attendance. Check in on approved office Wi-Fi, keep your trusted device registered, and let your organisation see who is actually on site.

PRESENCE, VERIFIED.

How it works
1. Sign up with your work email.
2. Enter the invite code from your admin.
3. Allow location and nearby Wi-Fi when asked, so check-in can be verified.
4. Connect to office Wi-Fi and tap Check in. Tap Check out when you leave.

What you can do
• Check in and out on approved office networks
• See your attendance history and working hours
• Submit leave and half-day requests, with optional photo or PDF attachments
• Get notified when a request is reviewed
• Register one trusted device so attendance cannot be spoofed from another phone

On-site minutes
If your admin enables it, WiAttend can use location while you are checked in to record time inside the office geofence. Background location is used only during an active check-in.

This app is for employees. Organisation admins and managers use the WiAttend web dashboard to invite people, review attendance, and export reports.
