When I am clicking the play button next to "Watch Live", I an getting an error message " Sorry ! Error !" and the video does not play. The app has been uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck yet. Please assist if possible. My mother was able to use the app to watch the holy mass until few dayd back.

I'm using a Vivo phone there were no problem s but since June I'm having problems watching live mode till the update came . But on using watch live button I get the message sorry! Error. What versions of android does this app support. Thank you in advance.

App is very good but when I try to click the 'watch live' link, I get a mesaage saying 'sorry error'. Can you please resolve this.
