iSpot4u Driver is a business solution intended for use by various types of businesses, as listed below.
This is a mobile-based tracking platform used by various businesses. The iSpot4u solution helps improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes, while also improving security through timely communication.
This application is the Driver companion app for the iSpot4u platform, used by drivers/conductors operating pickup & drop routes (school/office buses, cabs) to run their day-to-day trips and stay connected with the iSpot4u back office in real time.

USE CASES
• Drivers log in with driver ID/OTP to get authenticated and activated against their assigned carrier
• Drivers view their scheduled routes and pickup/drop trips for the day from the dashboard
• Drivers start and end trips (pickup/drop) so the back office & parents/customers get real-time trip status
• Drivers report vehicle occupancy (seats filled/available) as passengers board or alight
• Drivers raise incident reports with severity level, location and description for on-route issues
• Drivers trigger SOS in case of emergency to alert the back office instantly with location
• Drivers receive push notifications (FCM) for schedule changes, logout requests & other alerts
• Drivers manage their profile details from within the app
