Take a photo of an appliance data plate or scan a barcode. Homestead helps identify available details such as the brand, model, and serial number, then suggests maintenance tasks you can review and save with a tap. You can always edit the information before adding it.

KEEP EVERY PROPERTY ORGANIZED:

Build a complete record for each property and the assets inside it—from HVAC systems and water heaters to appliances, roofs, filters, and more. Keep notes, photos, condition details, service history, manuals, receipts, and warranty documents where you need them.

SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION:

Homestead by GPP offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
