2025 - Changing from 5 to 1 Star rating...if I could, would have given 0 star rating. Cannot use in KL now and I think the value of my remaining tokens reduced after they converted to RM value. 2018 - So convenient.. no need to look for parking machines...just to find out all rosak. No need to get wet when it rains and no need to keep small change! Comes with a reminder when hour is close to expiry too. Love this app!

Users should not be charged during non-parking hours (or out of parking hours); there should be a proactive notification. Don't be so greedy. Your purpose is to simplify the payment process, not to scam users out of extra fees. Learn from the MBMB parking app, which proactively notifies users that they do not need to pay during public holidays or non-parking hours. 15 Dec: Public holiday in Johor, the app is showing "Cuti Paristiwa" -> "Pay Advance Parking", what the heck "PAP" is?? Why "PAP"?

The main reason I installed this app was I could pay parking in DBKL & Seremban areas. Now, this app is useless & my balance is stuck. So, I have to travel to Subang or Jempol to utilize my money???!!!
