The ®CS Global IT Application provides the customer user with the centralization of several services available within their active contract, in order to facilitate their visualization and administration.
Through integrations with the entire technology park, the application provides features such as:
- Monitor open calls and search for completed calls.
- Check the status of all monitoring sensors and devices linked to Worloads, Networks and Servers.
- View signed and pending contracts, in addition to managing them in partnership with DocuSign.
- Receive notifications regarding new content, updates and information from your technological environment.
The application is intended for ®CS Global IT customers, in addition to prior authorization from the technical manager of your contract so that you can use the features listed above.
