After many attempts to install the app, it is still impossible to have the media files , which are supposed to be included in the app, download and therefore, the app does not work as it is intended.

Registered to use for a ANFP regional meeting and received message stating Account not authorized for this app. Is there a membership? App does not state this.

Hi Becky - sorry that you experienced problems with the app. We did have a server down today which may have contributed to the issue. I recommend deleting the app and reinstalling it and try to log in then. If you still have issues, please email us at support@gomodus.com so we can look into it further.
