The active radar shows an hour in the past to current. I'm wondering if it's recognizing my correct time zone. I don't care about weather that's past and I can look out the window to see the current conditions. I want to know what's coming. I like the way this map shows severe weather areas. But now wondering if the timing is correct. I still use The Weather Channel app. I'm a cable cutter living in Middle Tennessee so I have depend on other medias for weather awareness.
Have used every weather app out there and have loved this one best of all for years. One tap and there's the radar. Warnings, alerts, customizable to see temps, clouds and much more. No bloated bling, weather videos, talking heads, tons of details you dont care to swipe through when there's a storm on top of you. You can find lots of those apps if you want the ads and data sucking, battery draining weather carnival but this is fast, accurate and all you need to get to the point.

It was a great app until the latest update. I do not understand why they needed to change it. It was simple and fast with a well organized interface. Now, it's like any other weather app out there with unnecessary features. Furthermore, they changed the name and icon from something obvious to something obscure. Goodbye, RadarExpress, you will be missed.
