This app is designed to facilitate access to the administrative processes of the San José Pinula Institute related to all aspects of student and staff attendance tracking.
The institution's administration can access attendance records for arrivals, departures, and special events. It also provides reports on attendance and absences, student and grade management, barcode and QR code generation, and controls how attendance is recorded (including access for teachers via phone or external barcode reader). All of these features are secured with user accounts and passwords for data protection.
Additionally, students and their parents will have access to a complete history of all entries and exits recorded in the system.
