Swipe online and find your daily deliveries, completed orders, and activity in "My Day."
OPTIMIZED ROUTES
Delova Go groups your orders and calculates the shortest route, taking into account your mode of transport: car, scooter, or bicycle.
STOP-BY-STOP NAVIGATION
Integrated voice guidance to each customer, real-time estimated time of arrival, and automatic arrival detection: keep your hands on the handlebars.
STAY IN TOUCH WITH THE CUSTOMER
Chat with the customer directly from the app—access blocked, building code, no-show. Unread messages appear directly on the navigation screen, even on multi-stop routes.
THE CUSTOMER FOLLOWS YOU LIVE
During delivery, both the restaurant and the customer can see your progress and estimated time of arrival. Fewer calls, less waiting at the door.
USE OF LOCATION
Delova Go uses your location, even when the app is running in the background or the screen is off, to: share your real-time location with the restaurant and the customer during a delivery, calculate your estimated time of arrival, and automatically detect your arrival at each stop. Sharing only starts when you begin a delivery and stops as soon as your route is complete. No location data is collected when you are offline.
