CoilRoute is the pocket workflow for independent vending operators who want dependable route and machine records without a large telemetry platform.

Work without a signal
Your core machine, product, route, visit, cash, and fault records stay on the device and work offline. No account is required. Basic JSON backup remains available to free users.
Free users can manage up to three active machines, 30 products, one active route, and the complete basic service workflow. Optional CoilRoute Premium adds unlimited machines, products, and routes, aggregate route pull lists, advanced service insights, and professional CSV/PDF exports.
CoilRoute does not connect to vending-machine telemetry, control machines, guarantee live inventory, perform accounting, or optimize routes automatically. Inventory movement, revenue, margin, and cash variance are visit-to-visit operational estimates based on the counts you enter.
