The Towing Driver App simplifies the routine for drivers who work with towing, roadside assistance, 24-hour assistance, and vehicle transport.

The app is exclusive to teams from companies that use the Towing App platform. Driver access is created and provided by the contracting company; therefore, there is no open registration for the public.

## Main Features

With the Towing Driver App, the professional can:

• Receive and view service orders assigned by the call center
• Consult origin and destination addresses, customer data, and vehicle information
• Accept calls and update the progress of the service in real time
• Record stages such as: en route, on site, in transit, and completed
• Perform the vehicle inspection checklist and record any damage
• Photograph the vehicle and the service location
• Record information such as date, time, and location of the capture in the images
• Collect the customer's signature directly on the cell phone screen
• Consult the history of services performed
• Send and receive messages via the service order chat

## Monitoring during service

During an active service, the application can share the driver's location with the operations center, even when the device screen is off.

This feature allows the company to track the movement, estimate the arrival time, and keep the customer informed about the progress of the service.

Background location tracking is only used during operation and depends on user authorization. Permission can be changed or revoked at any time in the device settings.
