Shofol GO is the field sales app for Sofol. It puts the whole day — the round, the customer, the order — on the phone already in your hand.

TODAY'S ROUND, AT A GLANCE
Open the app and see the calls planned for today: how many are left, which one is running, how many are done. Passing a shop that wasn't on the list? Add an unplanned call and it counts the same.

CHECK IN WHERE YOU ACTUALLY ARE
Check in at the customer and the app records the place and the time. If you are outside the shop's expected area it says so plainly and still lets you go ahead — your supervisor decides what is allowed, and it is on the record either way. Add a photo of the shop front when it is worth having one.

TAKE THE ORDER AT THE COUNTER
Search the live price list by name or code. Prices, units and stock come straight from the ERP, so you quote what the office will actually honour — and items the shop cannot supply are marked, not sold by mistake.

Build the order, read it back to the shopkeeper line by line, fix a wrong quantity in place, and send it. The office confirms it against stock and credit before anything is despatched, and the app tells you where it stands: waiting, agreed, or refused — with the reason, so you can tell the shopkeeper why and not just that.

CLAIMS AND HISTORY
Submit expenses from the road instead of hoarding receipts until month end. Look back over the visits you have made and the orders you have written.

BUILT FOR THE ROAD, NOT THE DESK
Signal fails in stairwells, in basements, between towns. Shofol GO keeps working without it, holds on to what it could not send, and syncs the moment the connection comes back. Nothing is lost because a tower was out of reach.

Every screen reads properly in both.

LOCATION, AND WHY
While you are working, the app records your route so visits can be verified and the day reconstructed for you rather than taken on trust. It runs in the background so it keeps working with the screen off and the phone in your pocket. Your supervisor can switch it off.

YOU WILL NEED AN ACCOUNT
Shofol GO works with your company's Sofol ERP. Your administrator provides the sign-in — you cannot register from the app.
