• LOCATION REMINDERS - Need to remember to buy an item or complete a task when you arrive at a certain location? No problem. Drop a pin on that location, Todo Cloud will alert you with the task details when you get there.

• EMAIL TASK CREATION - Log in to the Todo Cloud web client, select settings and copy your custom email address. Then email yourself tasks that are dropped into your Todo Cloud inbox or you can log in to your settings to customize the default location for new tasks.

• SECURE CLOUD SYNC - Todo Cloud sync reliably backs up your data to our secure cloud seamlessly making it available whether you are working on Windows, Mac, Web, iOS or Android.

I love this app. I have "to -do" checklist on a thousand different pieces of paper everywhere. This application keeps my planning organized and my tasks prioritized. I'm very forgetful, so the alerts and reminders are a huge plus. The app will also let you record projects and work that you've finished. Also gives you an option to toss the completed task or keep them. I chose to keep them. (This gives me motivation to keep executing goals.)

✅ Flexibility to do tasks early/late and then have them repeat a week after actual day of completion. Other apps only allow you to repeat tasks weekly, ex. "every Monday." ✅ I can edit "date completed" if I forget to mark a task complete on the right day. Note - when I edit date completed, it sets the time completed as midnight. I can't figure out how to edit the time. ✅ Affordable pro version! ❌ No progress tracking. Edit re dev - even w/o progress tracking this is the best app I've found :) 5⭐

By far the best Todo service I've used, but has a ton of bugs on Android. Missed inputs, multiple times having to set the date or check off items, completely incorrect results for smart list items (things in inbox just don't show up??). Hoping to see these things fixed as I've been a customer for 2 years now but now that I'm on Android I need something that works on Android soon
