Browse first, sign in later
Open the app and explore the full grocery store without creating an account. Sign in with your mobile number only when you are ready to place an order.

Know your delivery time before you order
Enter your delivery address and Zeta tells you what to expect: express delivery for nearby addresses, same-day delivery for those a little further out. No vague promises.

Prices you can check
Every product shows its MRP and what you actually pay. Offers and coupons apply in your cart where you can see them, along with how close you are to free delivery.

Live order tracking
Watch your order move from packing to out for delivery, follow your delivery partner on the map, and confirm the handover with a one-time code.

Out of stock? You decide
If something you ordered is unavailable, we ask you before we substitute it. Nothing reaches your bag that you did not approve.

Pay the way you like
Pay online by UPI, card, net banking or wallet, or choose cash on delivery.

Easy returns and quick refunds
Raise a return from the order itself. Refunds go to your Zeta Cash balance instantly, or back to your original payment method within a few working days.

Support from real people
Chat with our team inside the app and attach a photo if something arrived wrong. GST invoices are available for every order.
