Go Light is a service performance monitoring application developed by PLN Barabai. The purpose of developing this application is to provide maximum service to customers by utilizing internet-based information technology.

Go Light Application User

This Go Light application can be used by all new PLN customers to monitor the progress of PLN Barabai services from application to installation, just by entering the customer registration number without having to login to the application.
Besides being used by PLN customers, the Go Light application is also a work tool for PLN officers related to customer service, starting from registering new customers, to turning on.
