Despite already paying for a subscription plan, the app keeps asking me to pick a subscription plan. No matter what I pick it comes up as an error that I already have a subscription but then it just keeps loading after clicking 'got it' I've tried everything. I've tried unstalling and reinstalling the app, logging in and out, and canceling the plan. This is so disappointing

Keeps logging off. I paid for the year and no matter how many try it won't connect. And there's no customer support for help. Now even on my cell phone app won't log in it keep saying incorrect password when I know it's the right one.

Good app, great shows but KD streamer do not update, or add nre shows. The catalog is small not very much to choose from. I have finished watching all show and there's no more to choose from . I am about unsubscribe.
