Usually works well for what I need, but since the latest update it errors whenever I enter my organisation name and I cannot proceed. Not an issue with the organisation side as I can access that through my work desktop with no issues. EDIT: The team were exceptional at speedily resolving my issues, and contacting me promptly and regularly in the process. Cannot fault them for this great service.

I never realised how valuable it is to have an HR portal easily accessible on my mobile phone. Being on the ground, it has been incredibly convenient to quickly pull up essential information or raise HR queries without any delays. The app is seamless and intuitive to use, and the AI assistant is a standout feature — it makes accessing information and performing transactions fast, effortless, and hassle-free.

I can't use the app using my hawaii device always showing the below message: We're having trouble connecting to your server What company do you work for? Please check: 1. Your internet connection 2. VPN is enabled (if applicable) 3. You've entered your details correctly. everything mentioned above has been check already and still getting the same issue and the same message every time..
