Customer Support too poor. Never responding to queries / tickets. Transaction also too slow and delaying

One of the most frustrating exchanges I have used. There is very little transparency when users ask for proof regarding reserves, audits, compliance, or operational details. Instead of providing clear documentation, users are often given explanations and delays. Form 16A, transaction history, and support resolutions take far too long. The platform claims high liquidity and reliability, but trust requires verifiable proof, not repeated assurances. Very disappointing experience.

Not easy to use this exchange.It takes 48 hours to withdraw crypto to wallet. For urgent, it is not useful. Not user friendly.
