LabSolutions is a comprehensive service management application designed for internal use by LabSolutions employees and authorized customers. The app streamlines the process of service request handling, task assignment, and resolution through a structured and role-based system.
The application supports four types of users, each with dedicated functionality:
• Admin:
The Admin has complete visibility and control over the system. They can monitor all ongoing activities, add and manage users, register instruments, track service calls, and export attendance and operational reports.
• Service Admin:
The Service Admin manages service workflows by assigning customer service requests (calls) to engineers. They ensure efficient distribution and tracking of tasks.
• Customers:
Customers can log service requests directly through the app, making it easy to report issues and track their service status.
• Engineers:
Engineers can view the calls assigned to them, perform required service actions, and update the status upon completion.
The entire service process is automated for efficiency and transparency. Once a service request is resolved, a detailed call closure report is automatically generated and sent to the customer via email.
