Exclusively designed for first responders, firefighters, paramedics, urban search and rescue (USAR) teams, and military personnel operating in "dead zones" (areas without internet or cell towers).
**Main Features:**
• **360° Real-Time Tactical Radar:** Immersive sonar-style visualization that locates human targets. It features a "Physical Heartbeat" algorithm that generates military-grade haptic and mechanical acoustic shocks in the rescuer's hand upon confirming life.
** • **Swarm Mode (P2P Mesh Network):** Connect your entire squad in a local network cluster without needing the internet. If there are multiple rescuers, the app triangulates data and routes communications using Wi-Fi Direct and Bluetooth.
• **Offline Military Global Chat:** Integrated tactical messaging system resistant to app crashes. Sends orders to the entire team simultaneously over the Mesh network, with persistent memory.
• **Captive Portal (Zero-App Victim Portal):** If a trapped victim attempts to search for Wi-Fi, ResQRadar broadcasts an open rescue network. Upon connecting, a red alert screen will automatically open in the victim's browser confirming that help is on the way, without requiring any installation.
• **Offline Paramedic Tactical Map:** Located victims are automatically geolocated on a tactical map with color coding (green for stable, red for critical), allowing for prioritized extraction.
