**ResQRadar Tactical** is an innovative rescue application designed for critical emergency situations, collapsed structures, and natural disasters. Using advanced Artificial Intelligence algorithms and radio frequency signal analysis (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth), ResQRadar transforms your device into a scanner capable of detecting human micro-movements through rubble.

**Who is this app for?**
Exclusively designed for first responders, firefighters, paramedics, urban search and rescue (USAR) teams, and military personnel operating in "dead zones" (areas without internet or cell towers).

**Main Features:**
• **360° Real-Time Tactical Radar:** Immersive sonar-style visualization that locates human targets. It features a "Physical Heartbeat" algorithm that generates military-grade haptic and mechanical acoustic shocks in the rescuer's hand upon confirming life.

** • **Swarm Mode (P2P Mesh Network):** Connect your entire squad in a local network cluster without needing the internet. If there are multiple rescuers, the app triangulates data and routes communications using Wi-Fi Direct and Bluetooth.

• **Offline Military Global Chat:** Integrated tactical messaging system resistant to app crashes. Sends orders to the entire team simultaneously over the Mesh network, with persistent memory.

• **Captive Portal (Zero-App Victim Portal):** If a trapped victim attempts to search for Wi-Fi, ResQRadar broadcasts an open rescue network. Upon connecting, a red alert screen will automatically open in the victim's browser confirming that help is on the way, without requiring any installation.

• **Offline Paramedic Tactical Map:** Located victims are automatically geolocated on a tactical map with color coding (green for stable, red for critical), allowing for prioritized extraction.

****Offline Paramedic Tactical Map:** • **Automatic Clinical History:** Internal SQLite database that automatically records the parameters (BPM, RPM, Distance) of 100% of the victims scanned in a session for later forensic auditing.

• **Completely Offline (Edge AI):** All FFT and TensorFlow mathematical processing is executed directly on the phone's processor. It does not require cloud or internet access to save lives.

**Usage Warning (Mission Critical):**
This application provides mathematical estimates based on electromagnetic bounce. It should always be used as a complementary tool to rescue dogs, thermal cameras, and official USAR protocols.
