If only they allowed zero star reviews, because this is one app that really deserves one. This isn't even a full functioning app, just a waste of phone data you'll never ever get back. Videos and photos won't load at all, every time I try with either it shows the loading page but it doesnt make their supposed "cartoonized" photo/video at all, it just always goes back to the "select from gallery page". I'm sorry, but there is no way to defend an app that doesn't do what it promises on the tin.

Cannot find a privacy policy. Would rather call it a water painting filter than a cartoon, but that is fair enough. Would not have rated the app so low if it were not for the other issues. The main problem is that it is way too slow to use. The expected processing time for a 30 second clip is 30 mins. And then it bombs out and restarts. Did not actually manage to create any video, just a photo (for which there are better apps with a whole lot more filters).

This app doesn't work. You upload a video you go to trim it you click the check mark and then it disappears if you never did it.
