About this app

Apploye is a time-tracking app for Desk, Field, and Remote Teams. Apploye focuses on time tracking, clock in clock out and employee GPS location tracking. It allows for accurate tracking of the time spent on specific projects and tasks. You can check out daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly timesheets to see where time is being spent.

➢ Install the app. Set it up on your gadget. Use your email address and password to log in.

➢ You must register at https://apploye.com in order to receive the login credential and password.

➢ Choose a project & a task (optional) after logging in. Then tap the Start Tracking button next to it.

➢ Provide necessary app permissions in order for the app to work properly.

➢ When your working hour is over, use the Stop Tracking button.

➢ If your task is finished, use the Complete task button


Time Tracking: One-click online & offline time tracking based on projects and tasks.

Timesheet: Daily, weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, and custom timesheet based on hours tracked.

Manual Time: Add time manually if you forgot to start the Apploye time tracker.

Reports: Get the complete reports on where your team members have logged time. It appears in two forms, graphical and tabular.

Cross-platform time tracking: All your tracked data is synced and available via web browser, desktop app, and mobile app.

Clock In Clock Out: Use Apploye to clock in and clock out from work with ease. Tracked data is in sync with the timesheet.


Employee GPS Tracking: Apploye allows employers to track the GPS locations of their outdoor field employees. You can also check the route taken by the employees.

Geofencing: Use Apploye to create a work perimeter and job site where employees can clock in and out from a mobile Application. (Coming Soon)


Project & Task: Manage projects, tasks, and project budget & billing with Apploye.

Client & Invoice: Client management & invoicing are easy and fast with the Apploye time tracker. It helps you to keep track of billable and non-billable hours.

Payroll: Payroll for managing your employee's hourly payments and one-time payments

Integration: Integrate Apploye with your favorite project management apps like Trello, ClickUp & Asana.
