SkillPort is the admin desk for independent educators in Malaysia — tutors, music teachers, coaches and small learning centres — and for the families who learn with them.
FOR EDUCATORS
• Today, at a glance: tonight's classes, the register still to mark, payments waiting for you, unread messages and who still owes fees.
• Attendance in a tap: mark present or absent, add a remark for one learner, or leave a note the whole class and their parents can read.
• Calendar: every weekly class across the month, with a dot wherever a register is still open.
• Fees without the chasing: issue monthly invoices, record payments, and confirm the bank-in slips families send you. Every balance sits in one Finance Center.
• e-Invoice ready: consolidated e-Invoices for LHDN MyInvois, from the invoices you already keep.

• Fees stay between you and your educator. If they ask for a bank-in slip, send it in the app.
TRUST, BUILT IN
• Everyone sees only what concerns them. A parent sees their own children, never another family's.
• No passwords to remember: sign in with a code sent to your email, with Google or Facebook, or with a passkey.
• Accounts are for adults aged 18 and over. Children take part through their educator's records and a parent's account.
• Personal data is handled under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Available in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese.
