The maker network attendance app simplifies attendance registration for facilitators. By simply scanning a QR corresponding to the venue, facilitators can check in or out quickly and accurately. After logging in with their username and password, the facilitator simply scans the QR code of the location they are working at. If the scan is successful and corresponds to the correct venue, attendance is automatically recorded in the system. Additionally, the facilitator has the option to select whether it is entry or exit, providing a detailed record of their presence. This application optimizes the assistance process, saving time and ensuring the accuracy of records for efficient personnel management in the maker network.
