Identified user problem:
Most of the time we are busy in our daily activities and sometimes we forget our scheduled task or activity in some specific time. Because we don't have any idea about how much time passed out.

Solution:
This S-Clock smart clock app which helps you to listen to time on the go. When we listen to speaking time we get some focus on our planned task or activity at a specific time that needs to be complete.

Wedgit:
You can enable a dedicated date & time widget on your phone’s home screen and you can tap on clock & calendar to speak out.

Note-Below Android Version Oreo you can remove notification alert. Android

It speaks well, but this clock has a few issues (at least on my Samsung Galaxy running Android): 1. The speaking goes through the media channel, and supposedly will put the channel back to the way it was set, after it says the time. However, I normally keep my media silent, and it only returns the setting to silent occasionally. Mostly it ends up stuck at the speaking clock volume. 2. Does not respect silent/do-not-disturb mode, even if you select that option.

The one important option not available. There is no way of controlling the speech rate, which is at present too fast and sometimes unable to understand. This means one has to view the screen, which completely defeats the object of the spp. Developer takes no notice, therefore uninstalling.

it's the best speaking clock available on Google. very highly recommended
