took forever to load, then led me through a series of confusing steps with no clear directions. I only want to capture a single frame and save it as jpg or png whatever, so for this purpose the app is just too complex. For more intricate projects/goals, I'm sure it would be fine. It actually just crashed on me so ya, that happened too.

file selection is hit and miss. capture, again hit and miss and the ads, phew the ads. a person gotta eat i know but an app has to work. any app needs to work floorlessly before any revenue is made. not in this case. I hate to rubbish the work someone has done but each click causes an ad to show when the app doesn't grab the frame selected which is the fundamental point of this app. sorry but way too orientated in revenue generation rather than the actual job it was to do.

"please download your file before selection." still have this problem. it would be helpful if i could send a video from my gallery. i used advanced mode and was supposed to get 180 different pictures but i got the same 1 picture 180 times. problems still persists as of june 2026 and has since 2025
