the app is very useful in contacting city with issues. however, in the past several months, all the pictures you take with the app are fuzzy. it's not my camera because I can take clear photos on my phone.

Keeps freezing up and requires access to make and manage calls so they can have your "unique phone identifier." Another BS app violating basic privacy protocols. Shame on the City of Fullerton and it's app developer.
