This app sucks. After you put the correct information, it still says you entered incorrect username or password. I don't recommend it to anyone. Even if they do fix it, they'll just replace it with an even worse app. I just wish I could give it zero stars. Worse app ever!!!

Horrible experience. The previous app worked fine and now you turned it into hot garbage. My security question was correct and even then it couldnt confirm my id. Still unable to log on. They have not even reached out to me concerning the issue. As expensive as the power bill has become, you'd like to think they'd have a decent application

The previous app worked, I have to make my payments through my computer since the app was NOT working since the re-registering happened, I gave it time and read the reviews so I decided to download the app, i can see what I need "BUT" it wont keep my payment information like the previous app....that was very helpful and user friendly, I am on the pre-paid plan and EVERY time i need to add money to my account I have to go get my wallet and enter ALL my information again and again.....not cool!!
