Horrible experience. The previous app worked fine and now you turned it into hot garbage. My security question was correct and even then it couldnt confirm my id. Still unable to log on. They have not even reached out to me concerning the issue. As expensive as the power bill has become, you'd like to think they'd have a decent application

Now, to view my bill on the app, I have to download PDF Reader. I own one that I paid for my documents. I can't even view my bill statement. Because it always asking unable to detect PDF Reader. And the MYMVEC app is saying to download it on Play Store. Like I said I already have one. It won't let me view my bill statement at all. This new version app is not working right with too bugs...

The previous app worked, I have to make my payments through my computer since the app was NOT working since the re-registering happened, I gave it time and read the reviews so I decided to download the app, i can see what I need "BUT" it wont keep my payment information like the previous app....that was very helpful and user friendly, I am on the pre-paid plan and EVERY time i need to add money to my account I have to go get my wallet and enter ALL my information again and again.....not cool!!
