Over all the app is great. I don't like it how it goes to the browser to check how much power you have used. I have no issue paying my bill with this app. The only issue I'm having now is when I go to check account it keeps crashing.

Sucks doesn't work. I can't pay my bill because Im overseas and cannot access my account after numerous attempts to re- install now I'll have a late fee or disconnect.☹️

I was unable to pay my bill through the Coosa Valley website. I downloaded the app and I still can't pay my bill. After I submitted my payment, it said unable to process your request. I am very dissapointed with Coosa Valley.
