Seems effective. Would be nice if app description clearly stated this was the Jones-Onslow EMC app, but if you're checking, it is. App provided information I expected about my account, so that was good. Minus one star for asking to make/ manage calls without explanation (permission denied, thank you).

Love this app especially if your on the flex pay, because it literally shows you the amount usage and kws for every day. YOU always know how much money is left on your account and if you need to load more onto ur flex pay all you have to do is add ur debit or credit card.

The new update is great! The old app was a little outdated. But never gave me any problems. The new update looks and operates much smoother.
