About this app

Te Lo Presto is the daily operational tool for debt collectors. It allows you to manage your portfolio, record cash or QR code payments, and document your work
all from your cell phone.

IMPORTANT: This app is NOT for loan applications. It is an internal tool for financial institution staff. Access requires a username, password,

and PIN assigned by the company.

MAIN FEATURES

• Portfolio of assigned clients with data, location, and status (up-to-date, overdue, delinquent, past due).

• Record cash or QR code payments with attached receipt from your camera or gallery.

• "My Performance" view with daily collection progress bars, portfolio recovery, and advance payments.

• Register clients with photos of their ID, home and business addresses, and GPS location.

• Payment history by client and by loan.

• Reasons for non-payment when a client fails to pay.

• Notifications of new payments and operational alerts.

SECURITY

• Authentication with username, password, and PIN.

• HTTPS connections and session tokens.

• Each collector only has access to their own wallet.

REQUIREMENTS

• Credentials issued by the institution.

• Internet connection throughout the workday.

• Camera, location, and storage permissions.
