Apprentices

Grace-Centered Life

About this app

Apprentices gives your small group a shared path for spiritual formation. It is built on a five-layer framework (Behavior, Emotion, Idol/Fear, Gospel Truth, Commitment) that walks one member at a time from a surfaced struggle to a concrete eight-week commitment, with the group alongside them.

GATHERINGS
At each gathering the app runs a guided workshop, and your group handles follow-up and prayer in whatever order suits it. The workshop goes one layer at a time with a live timer. The discipler's phone holds the controls, and everyone else follows along on their own device. The group's commitments are there to review whenever you do follow-up.

THE WORKSHOP
Framework questions for every layer, a lens of ten common formation patterns, scripture matched to the pattern on the table, and discernment cards that help the group decide when to go deeper and when to close.

COMMITMENTS
Each workshop ends in an eight-week commitment: an anchor truth, two to four concrete practices shaped to real life such as work schedule, children and sleep, a discipler who walks with them all week, and a listening question. Mid-week check-ins keep it alive between gatherings.

PRACTICE MODE
Leaders can rehearse a full workshop on their own before running one for real. Nothing is saved and the group never sees it.

Apprentices is built for groups that meet in person. Scripture is included in the app. No browser, no ads, no tracking.

What’s new

When someone has no profile yet, the builder asks five quick questions so the practices fit them. Updated practices and clearer wording.
