App CONSTANTLY stays in refresh mode. I don't know whether it's just on Android phones or not but it's not effective in retrieving updated notices. Not worth the frustration keeping this app installed.

App is very frustrating and doesn't work like it's supposed to. I have to uninstall and reinstall all the time. Sometimes even that doesn't work.
