One day this app can be so good, it takes min a minute or two to buy a cellular data, and one other day it can be so damn annoying when I have stable Wi-Fi, not much amount of storage and even restarted my phone yet it still won't let me even take a step inside the app? I also have connected my OVO to the app then it somehow got unlinked? I'm also in this app more than 5 MINUTES and it STILL won't let me buy a data? I'm dead pissed about this app, been using for years, low-key still disappoint.

I hate this, the app always gives error and I can't even open the app and the reason from app bcs there's no internet connection, obviously I already have a package and have my phone data turned on. I've been like that for a few days, it went back to normal for a while, but then it went back to being like that again. JUST PLEASE FIX IT AND CHECK AGAIN, We can't do anything if the My XL app suddenly errors when we need something

Is this an app for purchasing data packages or ad space? It has too many features and isn't very useful, making the app slow. My phone is an IQOO 13, and there's no excuse for the problem being an inadequate phone. Your app is problematic. The system is designed to make access easier, not more difficult...!! Please fix this. My suggestion is to create a separate app specifically for purchasing data packages to avoid overloading this problematic app.
