Shift Planner & Pay Tracker helps shift workers plan their work, keep track of their hours and see an estimate of their pay, all in one simple calendar.

Whether you work days, nights, rotating shifts or irregular hours, set up your shifts once and add them to your calendar with a single tap.

CALENDARS
• Create as many calendars as you need, for example one for each job
• Each calendar has its own shifts, pay settings and reports

SHIFT TEMPLATES
• Create templates such as Day, Night, Early and Late
• Choose a name, short label, colour, start and end time and hourly rate
• Add Working, Sick, Leave or Day Off types
• Pick a template, tap a day, and the shift is added

EDIT ANY DAY
• Change the title or short label for one particular day
• Add notes, assignment or post details
• Log overtime and extra pay items
• Set a reminder for the shift
• Show or hide the day details panel under the calendar

PAY SETTINGS
• Set your hourly rate, overtime rate and leave rate
• Choose your currency
• See your estimated earnings for each pay period
• Use different rates on a single day when you need to

SHIFT ROTAS AND PATTERNS
• Build a repeating shift pattern or rota
• Apply it to your calendar in a few taps

REPORTS
• See hours worked and estimated pay for any pay period
• Export reports as PDF or CSV to save or share
