About this app

Chakka User brings three everyday jobs into one app: moving goods across states, sending parcels across the city, and finding helping hands to do the work.

FULL TRUCK LOADS, ACROSS STATES
Tell us where, what and when. Choose your goods type and quantity, and Chakka shows you suitable trucks with prices from transporters. Sort by cheapest or best balance, add stops on the way, and pick up today or schedule a date. Need to change the pickup time? Ask from the booking and the transporter confirms it. If a transporter can't take your load, Chakka User finds you another one.

PARCELS IN THE CITY
Book a delivery vehicle in a few taps. Set your pickup and drop, pick the vehicle that fits your load, and follow it live on the map. Schedule it for later, or book it for someone else by adding their details.

HELPING HANDS ON DEMAND
Book verified loaders and helpers near you by the hour, on their own or with your truck booking. You see the hourly rate before you book. The final amount is shown when the work is done, and you approve it before you pay.

FOLLOW EVERY JOB LIVE
Track your truck, driver or worker from the moment they accept. See the route, distance and arrival time as they update, and message your labour partner from inside the app.

CLEAR PRICES, PROPER PAPERWORK
Every booking shows a full fare breakdown: transport, labour, coupons and what is already paid. Ask for a GST invoice with your business details, keep your trip documents in one place, and download the invoice when the job is done.

PAY THE WAY YOU WANT
Pay online, from your Chakka wallet, or in cash. Pay an advance online or from your wallet to confirm a truck booking, and settle the balance when the trip ends. Top up your wallet at any time, and refer friends to earn wallet credit.

BUILT WITH SAFETY IN MIND
Our team checks and approves every transporter, driver and labour partner before they can take a booking. Add emergency contacts and use the SOS button during any active job. Rate every job afterwards so standards stay high.
