Good if you're trying to learn or brush up on techniques. A range of approaches from muay Thai to taekwondo. Some of the videos are sloppy with the guard and not executed by experts but generally you get the idea and can develop on the techniques shown.

This app is very close to complete rubbish! It names a whole list of strikes, but the names of strikes have absolutely nothing to do with the type of martial art or discipline that this app claims. I suppose the only reason this is not rated 1 is because a beginner may learn a punch but it is not the way that this form of martial arts does the punch at all. A kick in Karate is not the same as a kick in Jeet kune do or Muay Thai but you use the exact same punch or kick in all of your apps for all martial arts. I am sorry thunder wolf but all of your apps are exactly the same videos for all different types of martial arts. This has got nothing to do with Jeet Kune Do. Do you understand anything about martial arts? It is like you just cut and paste the same punches and kicks for all types of martial arts.. This is a complete joke! This app will teach you SOME way of a round kick and other kicks or punches but they have nothing to do with the different types of martial arts. By trying these, you learn nothing useful to what it claims. If anything you will probably learn 99% wrong. I downloaded all your apps and I see it is exactly the same in all the apps. Don't even waste your time.. This has nothing to do with Muay Thai. After learning this, you will know nothing about Muay Thai because Muay Thai is about how to perform and these are wrong wrong wrong! Muay Thai technique is generating massive power from distance. When in close range then use knees and elbows. Only a few techniques here are alright. The others are just copy and paste video clips that have nothing to do with Muay Thai. I think you should learn a martial art and then you will know what people are complaining about. The only ones giving good ratings are those that have not got a clue just like it is very clear that this developer doesn't have a clue. I am very disappointed!!

I used this app a long time ago, the only flaw in it is that it shows another martial art practicioner doing the strikes, yes they have common strikes but the stance is not quite, and yes it's not satisfying as we want to learn muay thai, specifically muay thai and not some other martial art, i hope you could find other videos with a real muay thai practicioner and replace the non muay thai practicioner video
